the only thing we learn is the market is CRAZY
it values a MAJOR stake in A MAJOR sexy sector CSG, at millions less than HGOs whole market cap
so all we have is to hark back to the old saying, the market can remain irrational longer than you/we can remain solvent as an individual
at least 50% under fair value (probably 100% in normal markets)
and probably 30% UNDER net present assets, and very illiquid assets at that, ESG and ITT.
