10xten: You are correct. I did buy EBR (not SER at that time) for the OIL and GAS assets. Would also hope that the great other assets (other than ULEY) would not be forgotten so easily or regarded as "worthless", which I do not think does those assets justice.
To blame the low sp simply on the overall market situation alone is a bit of a stretch considering that SER was trading close to 20c earlier this year and is now appprox. 50% off that mark. All JIMHO.
Hoping for a good outcome, naturally, as all holders should. Luckily, however, I am totally free-carried here.
