    in regards to FMS mkt. cap. it is 49mill $ and has no plant ,

    NGC mkt. cap. 32mill $ and has no plant,

    A new plant is 60 mill. to build .

    Uley is 70mill ,,,, 35mill. in resource,(matches the other two) and 35 mill$ value ,in the old plant , fair price imo.

    yes ,there is still murky water around the MEGA project .but

    I follow the smart money and the green industries / elements .
