If you have option to buy at 5c &market is 8c you buy serious or not surely.If option holders forced to exercise before expiry date they will be due compensation.
I believe that there can be no final agreement Mega/SER until there is an agreed valuation of both & intangibles are notoriouly difficult to value usually based on some est. of their future earning capability.
Mega will be wanting to get some sales to give a clue to future prospects & this a process that cld. take some time.Is it possible to get some final deal signed at this stage when the real value of Mega in paticular, is unknown.
