The most unfortunate aspect of the whole deal is the whole deal. The only fortunate aspect is the froth over graphene, possible indirect graphite export restrictions from China, other potential uses of graphite.
The picture painted so far is that small shareholders are hoping like hell that this deal isn't a monster that feeds the few and blasts the many.
