It is way past being decimated.

2. Surprise me - name one good director in this company.

3. The fight appears to me to be between self interested board members who spent their time creating new ways of draining the companys resources on one hand and the shareholders seeing their investment rapidily disappearing without adequate and reasonable explanation on the other hand.
The shareholders are understandably sick of being treated like mushrooms.
The treatment of shareholders by the board and the boards activities would be enough to cause a thinking person to come up with some sinister conclusions.
As I say I won't be happy until the board is replaced with committed and qualified members.
