The new CEO is the previous COO, so he owns the investment case on insourcing. As I said earlier, they'll probably dial down key actives in the formulas, saving .05c per unit adds up. Second, trade spend / promo frequency appears to be very high - how this is even slightly unwound will be instructive as it will impact volume which in this segment of the category, is pretty much the key to everything.
