has a comparitivily cheaper CODB to more retailers....Westfield recently reported that department stores account for 8% of their space in centres here but only give 2% of the Rent....i.e stores like DJS get very cheap rent deals on the basis of their brands..
Myer is strategically taking itself down to the mid market area leaving the luxory part of the market largely cornerd by DJS....
When ever things improve and sentiment comes back in regarding the future....DJS will have one of the strongest bounce backs among all stocks!
