How about laying the pipe along the river bed, water temperature in Thailand would be around 25C all year round.
If 25C restricts oil flow then increase pipe diameter.
If temper is not high enough, use a heating coil in the pipe.
Keep an eye on your pipe, just case it goes missing overnight. Lot of fisherman around...., some fish for fish, some fish for oil commodity..
