The radical left can't actually stop the project, plain and simple.
The crossover between the Resource Management Act and the Crown Minerals Act - and all the commercial treaties to which New Zealand is a signatory - means us as shareholders will either get our mine up and running or the New Zealand tax payer will be paying us a big dividend for the next 20 years.
Funding the concentrator will create crazy value for us, seems to me like the scale falls in favour of taking the risk - much like I did going balls deep into the rights issue last year.
As those of us at the AGM heard today, there is a parallel niche market for high grade gold concentrate. It's high value, easy to ship and gives us high revenue, low waste and easy to ship material.
I also don't think the radical left will get into power.
