For the shares issues last year I email a scanned copy of the form only, no post, did not want to risk it going missing. I'm doing the same for the SPP, but flick them an email so easy your mind....
I'm in for the full 15K, you gota roll the dice now and then, management doing a good job, the concentrator seems a wise move to me so happy to support.
