Hi zaskar2000 - excellent post which provides a fair reason why a small spec bio like PAB may shy away from listing overseas at this point in time.
I agree it's been a disappointment that Onyx is yet to mention the IST, while PAB mention it at every opportunity. Maybe a little support from Onyx would have enabled this RI to have been put to bed in December, instead of dragging out for an eternity.
As for that cryptic statement about not seeking a licensing partner - it's not hard to read between the lines but for now the market has simply shrugged and moved on.
