Digga of course not an ideal outcome but the way I've seen the pressure pushing it down is somebody is trying to line up taking a big stake at a lower price.
It depends how dependent management see the full amount they sort in the RI.
We know that 3 month window to issue the remaining stock expires in a matter of days which is kind of a double edged sword really - that also means managements word that they would not issue the shortfall at a price lower than the $0.05 RI also expires so in theory they could move to place that remaining 100M at a lower price - that's a 15% wedge.
Either way that expiry date closes tomorrow I assume with the RI's closing date on the 11th of December & we can be done with it.
