Yeah, the company is TOE (Toro Energy) and is awaiting approval to mine from the Federal Environmental Minister, who from memory was galavanting junket down at the South Pole instead of 'being at work'.
He had months to look at the details surrounding this 'major mining development' and an absolute disgrace that at the death knock, he finally woke up and thought "gee I had better make myself look important and request more information on something I haven't taken the time to look at!"
