You might, but I very much doubt it.

If it happens I expect it to be on VERY brief thin volume as happened at, so not worth waiting for anyone wanting serious volume even if they shared your expectation.

Furthermore I strong suspect that if markets drive CUE down to 18 they might as likely drive WPL under $30 etc. Might be easier for traders to play such stocks as CUE can behave quite erratically and illiquidity will catch many.

I really think that global markets are talking fear up too much, nothing like 2008 when global trade started to seize up, copper was driven below $1.50 and iron ore shipments were cancelled. This is now about markets trying to ranson, loot and bully governments. The game being to impoverise the masses and enrich the elites, a game played over the millennia.
