    I am not sure if you are aware, perhaps you are out of the loop but there has been a bit of a downtrend pretty much everywhere globally? If you are waiting for 28c to get into CUE then I think you are looking at things in completely the wrong way. At that point the smart money will well and truly already be in. Accumulate on the dips is my strategy.
