Agree, waiting for 28 to buy from a trader would seem bizzare in this market dominated by swings (the top of which is likely near 28) - LOL Buy high sell low,eh Rondog?
For an investor of course buying the dips is the way to accumulate.
Waiting for 18 seems pretty dumb too, as my bet is there will be strong support above the recent low of 19, and if (and I believe it's only remotely possible) 19 gives, then I'd be waiting for something closer to 15. I am not a trader so I will leave it for others to determine where a lower support level is, but I most certainly would NOT personally buy to trade or to accumulate at 18. That imho would be catching a falling knife.
We get some bizzare strategies touted here don't we, all by dime makers I suspect.
