    Ideally for PPX holders the best time to launch the offer is whe the company makes enough profit to pay it off in one go so PPX no longer has to pay PXUPA holders divies..

    The 'true hybrid value' is what the market 'values' it or is prepare to pay for it at any point in time. In this case it will never be anything higher than $100.
