Have a resource and on the verge of mining it
Rock bottom sp
Tightly held, 50% in the hands of our major shareholders
People willing to lend us $ up until now
New addition to the board knows his stuff

All we need is some funding, which should happen soon...and a customer, which won't be far away either. Maybe both at the same time, who knows.

It's speculative, sure...but I'd rather put some $ into this than something with a MC of 50-100mill.
