FYI the author represents the National Parks Association of NSW.
(NPA) is a not-for-profit conservation organisation and bushwalking club, not the Government organisation that manages parks, National Parks and Wildlife Service.
What they seem to have done is bring together points from publicly available documents to critique the scheme.
Many of the points have already been discussed on this forum.
They wouldn't have access to commercial in confidence documents, though, so not a thorough critique.
Basically they would like to see the park remain undisturbed. #notinmybackyard
