Usually, in the run-up to big news, stocks already fly.
The market can smell if the news will be positive or not.
April will be the "run-up month". Optimism and adrenaline will drive up volumes and prices.
Most people still say: "Let's wait for the news". But knowing that the decision day comes closer, they start to buy. and then others see that it starts to move, and they also move. so, on D-Day we are back up at 20c.
Everybody knows that the downside is small, but the upside is five or ten times, or more.
