    This new order for 15 ScanEagles (presumably the ScanEagle3) may explain the speedy resolution of the dispute between Insitu and OEC.

    The ScanEagles were widely deployed in Afghanistan prior to the withdrawal of US forces.

    The provision of ScanEagles by the US government to Ukraine should take up at least some of the slack.
