It's safe to say food will be the big story in 2011 and given the very few number of stocks with pure leverage to the story, you can guarantee they will outperform other sectors as even smart money volume struggles to find a seat at the table. There are no new major grain or fibre harvests to come in until at least May. Back in 2008, the fertilizer boom raged well into the general market gloom before finally giving way in September 08.
