Count Financial remediation costs ($260m) are approaching the indemnity limit ($300m) provided by the commonwealth bank. It's anyone's guess what happens if and when the limit is exceeded. This kind of uncertainty, capital risk, will keep a lid on any share price appreciating no matter how well the company is performing.
