TS did not further our cause by signing up with his mate Landau so long ago and giving the ext options,effectively locking out any other interested parties and ensuring that we all stay on board and thus maintaining the sp and keep away any other predaters.
Both him and Landau have constantly told s/h's that a 50c t/o was GOING to happen ,TS even sprouted 60-65c in conversations and encouraged all listening to buy more asap.
Hence, long term s/h's are not too pleased and will vent their anger when the meeting occurs.He is well aware of this as he was told of a possible EGM months ago (which did not proceed to fruition) to remove the board.They are now shoring up their position to avoid a revolt and all the ramifications.
Time to cash it all in Tony and let us get what we can back thru a liquidation and move on from this whole pathetic affair and poor mgmt practices/behaviour.
