    Looks like NKP have IGC well and truly under the thumb.

    If IGC are stupid enough to:

    a) sell 15% of Tubatse for only $60m (a pittance really)
    b) agree to a "there abouts" clause (as you put it)
    c) receive payment in instalments (clearly on NKP's terms)

    then they've only got themselves to blame if they don't get their money on time.

    Win win win for NKP...
