Ray ,I dont think you understand that the valuation for the platinum assets held by IGC is already excellent . If it was not there would be offers from other interested parties .There wont be any othere offers because the price offered is very generous .
Taking into account the general market, the deal was probably too sweet .When you compare to other PGM companies are being valued at ,you will see it was more than generous .
