Ray ,Im not talking down IGC .
I am questioning your assertion that the deal is unfair .
The independent experts formulated the comparisons that were the basis of the deal .
In relation to NKP ,the deal offered is a lot more than what NKP would be valued at if they used the same parameters .
Nkwe is grossly undervalued (per ounce IGV ) in comparison to what IGC is being offered .
I would be happy to buy IGC ,as I think they are getting a good deal ,and think IGC is very cheap ,but in the end the market wants to see the cash in the bank .I just think NKP more upside .
