Lets face it Poynny, LW wasn't the brains behind the corporate part of the deal. Thats the Angus farmer. He neatly took a large part of Len';s knowledge before listing and then profitted after by selling when higher than now.
So don't think anyone can pick on LW and say he's planned the corporate side.
On another score, the Cougar UK split also gives potential exposure to the UK Stock Market, where some better valuations can be had. My call will be that if it goes that way, then it is really possible that the UK company could launch a takeover for the Australian entity and bingo LW has his exit strategy.
I see nothing but upside in this frankly. For all investors and backers.
