More "deeper" drilling to be done at Railway. So results of RAB must have at least shown some potential but not hit an ore body. I don't think they really expected to hit the ore body with RAB - I think it will just help them hone in on where to concentrate the more expensive deeper drilling.

The way I see it - the greater the surface to load depth the greater the "dilution" effect on the representitive surface samples. This implies that the larger the area of spread of anomolous samples and the deeper you heve to go to find it - the bigger and richer the source deposit probably is. So GZ the Elephant may be just a little deeper than anticipated but its a bigger one.

Time table for DFS, funding, contruction and production has to be fairly conservative I think because of the Rudd factor.

Rudd's seems in no rush to finalised RSPT detail so BFS and debt funding formalities could have some issues to deal with first. I would hate to see unnecessary delays in this important regional mining project bought about by an unresolved RSPT definition. Tedtonic and lenders for the debt financing facility are going to be reluctant to finalise terms of agreements until they know the rules of engagement with respect to the RSPT.

I think Rudd is basically wasting precious time and Tax Payers' money in pushing ahead with his plan. By September we probably will have a new "no to RSPT" Government in power!
