Given his current holding is still substantial I would doubt very much his selling relates at all. It does however cast some doubt on the goings on at BRM at present.
Business deals in my experience can change course extremely quickly. Criteria or issues relating to deals can sometimes be resolved in the blink of an eye after months of negotiation.
This announcement certainly has come from nowhere. The trading volumes have been minimal and Nixon selling last week?
Maybe your right Mozart, but I think its to early for a TO offer at this stage. We should find out by Thursday morning one way or the other.
