I have been watching ROC for the past 2 months and average buying volume have been around 5mil-7mil stocks. Today at around noon it spiked up to 11 million stocks, ending a long period of consolidation. I have been waiting for this breakout for weeks.
Finally it has come. Hopefully from now onwards it's a long way up for ROC
