Sorry I'm still a little confused about what you're point is in your OP.
Are you saying that Runge and Roma are a part of the JORC/ASX issue? IE the retraction?
Runge and Roma have had nothing to do with the LMB other than provide guidance to LMB on the valuation of Hengda. As far as I can see, neither Runge or Roma have been deemed to have, or have been implied to have "taken liberties".
As far as I can see, there are no heavy weight consultants behind LMB's scoping study - unless you're aware of some that I am not?
