Time to reduce?

I have rode this up from the low $5's. Nice graph until recently. I have noticed that the sellers outnumber the buyers, however when "realistic quotes" are considered - buyers outnumber the sellers 2:1. However, the price keeps on falling.

Also the refinancing opportunity would assist long term.

I thought the recent placement ($7.80) which was below the market price would create a floor price. However, my thinking is now that the extra volume of shares increases the risk of short selling or even selling and buying back later.



I reduced my holding by 95% and will continue to watch.
