his heels.

Inner Mongolia is now an investment hot spot with
savvy American/European investors and with the world
dependant on Arab/Russian oil and gas,there has never
been a more compelling need to access unmineable coal
for UCG.

My firm belief is that Cougar is building an Energy
Fortress on "rock",not sand,especially now that China
and Mongolia have begun their entrepreneurial phase
after 30 state sponsored trials with UCG.The sky is
the limit from now on. :)
