Grech did not pull the wool over investors, he is just an idiot.
Grech has to go....he is not on top of what he bought. He never needed to buy Quindell's business to improve shareholder value. He just grew the companies risk profile.
As I was yelling for awhile the government increased IPT from 6% to 9.5%. government in UK needed to do something to reign in costs. Nothing better than lawyers.....as politically a no brainer.
Slaters have to reorganise business over next 12 months, maybe do some law! No just processing.
