Time to review the dividend policy?

Last week Facebook (Meta) changed its dividend policy and the share price went up dramatically.

I am curious to see if this becomes a new tech sector phenomenon for cash flow positive businesses like DSE.

I am sure that dse shareholders would be very happy with a 1 cent dividend a year that would offset the long wait for a return. I think this would show strong belief from management that the business is strong enough to give back some of the cash it is currently sitting on.

Happy to hear the counter argument against this but after +3 years I am not convinced that acquisition is the best way forward.
