Very prozaic, but this stock is not behaving in price terms like it should given the announcment we all know will happen eventually..potential investots could still be wary of Mol parting with the $38+ mill USD interest penalty to TCW for no good reason other than bad timing in their execution of the new Hanlong fianancing deal. I know I'll be peed off tomorrow if we find that they havent met the terms and the interest pen will accrue..wasting very sizable dough when they need it more than ever to get up and running..
