    *vote NO to the granting of 2 million free options, you were suckered in last time with the directors and friends riding the gravy train, while the little people got scraps.


    *vote NO to the proposed share purchase transaction between Wu and Zhang. the resolution implies that if not approved Zhang will dump his 8.5 mill shares on the market therefore depressing the shareprice.
    these assosiated parties dominate the share register, he will not dump on the others.
