    It appears that no other offer will be forthcoming. The choices are to sell at $23 or to hold & see what happens in the future. After 7 great years (great dividends & great capital appreciation) I think it's time to take the money & move on. This has been the best performing stock I've owned & if the takeover bid did not happen I would be happy to hold for another 7 years.
