Presently the offer will be declared unconditional upon reaching 90%, although XNA intends to review its conditions to the offer by 31st January.

According to Xstrata payment will happen 5 days after the offer is declared unconditional, if the shareholder has already accepted

To my knowledge no one has been paid yet.
The only way to get your money is to sell on market.

That to the best of my knowledge that is how it is.
