Everyone here would know what mediation means of course.
It means they have confidential discussions.
Mediation means non binding.
It also means that no one will ever know what was mediated if there is no resolution and it has to go to court.
Trouble with FAR is management believe in their own hype.
The biggest oil discovery in 2 years.....Cairn never got a mention.
Some other stupid award I cant put my finger on that is in itself meaningless.
