Another thing I don't recall being raised recently is that Woodside was to pay COP for any drilling costs etc incurred by COP until the deal is settled. So if FAR is to PE for the whole 35%, they would need to cough up for all 35% costs incurred under the JV this year. Not sure FARs $60M cash will cover that.
