Doesn't seem to be rising on the continuation of Fed easing and Yellen's policy.

Perhaps the US Government want jobs back to the people and a gradual inflation of house prices - and will do anything to get it... Like the late 90's where gold was sold off by most 'service' nations at the lows purposely - to get money back into housing and therir economies...
