I agree.
Even though announcements sound great... until the share price of FAS goes up to reasonable levels the Directors shouldn't be rewarded!
The lack of communication over the last 2 years has driven the price of FAS to unreasonable levels.
Lets see the conditions of the financial deal met... then the directors should be rewarded... Well they will deserve to be rewarded.
