I'm gobsmacked at Con's Salary. How can an explorer justify...

I'm gobsmacked at Con's Salary. How can an explorer justify 400k+ for MD and 350K+ for another director (Con) that is not a geoligist.

These guys are earning 30-40k per month drinking Grange whilst we have lost a truckload and are scraping by on our pitiful day job wage.

I'm voting down the Renumeration and the directors options and I am of the opinion that all the loyal shareholders who are down a packet should serioulsy consider how they use their votes.
