If the ICC or DRC govt/courts declare that's the deal, then of course you accept. Nobody has made that ruling....yet.
But don't just say ya no worries here ya go anyone else want some of our %. That 15% down the line translates into dollars on the Share price and dividends, and potential hostile takeover, stalemate on progress etc.
I reckon Felix is playing politics and wants the ICC to make a ruling so he can say wasn't me, it was ICC to the Chinese. If it makes it to the ICC that is.
Not long now, what's another couple months, then we accept the ICC good or bad.
