I used to agree with what you said here until I had a thought that maybe zinjin wanted to wait until the decree was awarded before they released papers, false news and kicked up a hissy fit so that they could basically force all the parties to start having fights with one another realising that would be there best option to steal the mining license off AVZ.
I reckon they have had this planned for a very long time, starting with basically a "fake" transaction that would never hold up legally which is the key to it all, that's all they had to do and then release shit news everywhere for the DRC to delay the mine and then also offer them a solution of "hey how about we just develop the mine ourselves without the other parties, then there can't be arguments between shareholders and they instantly get the mining license.
