The company now has a golden oppurtunity to dramatically increase their presence and cement solid organic growth.
SGH is in major trouble. There is a real risk the company will go under and the media will do a fine job of making sure people know about this. No one knows their future, and litigation bringers will soon be thinking twice about choosing a firm with an uncertain future.
Shine needs to take the front foot. Their new IT systems are in place now and the rest of their transformation program needs to be completed expertly. They need to find a way to retain quality staff: those who can work efficiently to properly process the maximum amount of claims and drive fair settlements.
We need a solid advertising campaign to start now. Brokovich can be part of it but who knows how good her brand awareness actually is (she was that busty chick from that movie right?) - they need to be clear and simple that taking your litigation to them will bring you the most favourable outcome. I know a stepped up campaign will cost more and atm people are toey about spending extra money, but the brand at the moment has a great oppurtunity to be the Australian go to for no win no fee PI cases.
If we take this oppurtunity, we could see a Disallowed in 30 months imho.
