Hi Mady, I too am very concerned by China's rear earths export policy. Those sneaky Chinese just come in from behind all the time. Apparently Chinese rear earth prices are dropping as well. It could be an ugly mess (and smell a bit as well). Hopefully, they clean up their act. Kleenex anyone?
